Hose Assembly is a specialty of US Hose Corporation as a leading manufacturer of flexible metallic braided hose assembly, composite hose and fluorpolymer hose for use in industrial as well as OEM, semiconductor, oil and gas, vibration absorbers and aerospace applications.

U S. Hose offers factory-built flexible metallic hose assemblies from its ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX certified welders in materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (T304, T321, T316L, T316Ti), Monel® 400, Hastelloy® C276, and other alloys as well as Bronze.

Hose Assemblies can be degreased, capped and poly bagged for immediate use for industrial oxygen service*

Comprehensive testing is available, including high pressure gas testing with nitrogen and helium; liquid penetrant and mass spectrometer testing as well as hydrostatic, including full 33 CFR United States Coast Guard (USCG) Section 154.500 certification.

Composite Hose Assemblies

U.S Hose Corporation also offers hose assembly of its composite hose products from both its TIFT Compoflex and Willcox Hose brands. 1" to 10" diameter polypropylene, fluorpolymer and polymeric lined hoses are assembled with threaded, flanged, quick disconnect, sanitary and other adapters in materials such as carbon steel, T316 stainless steel, polypropylene, brass and Hastelloy C276.

These hoses are used in a variety of applications ranging from but not limited by bulk loading and unloading of refined hydrocarbons, acids, paints, resins and cryogenic materials. Marine dock hose assemblies are also offered with full United States Coast Guard certification provided, Sections 154.500 and 154.810.

Full factory testing certifications are available including Canadian Registration (for Ontario province only), Factory Mutual (FM) and NSF (food grade) approvals are also available with impending ISO 9001:2000 certification.
